Booking & Venue Details

Reserve Your Date

A 25% nonrefundable booking fee reserves your date. Remaining 75% is due 30 days before your event. A separate $200 refundable security/cleaning deposit is included in your quote.

Hours & Insurance

Rental access begins no earlier than 11 AM. Everyone and everything must be out by midnight, including cleanup. Renters must provide event liability insurance, purchased separately (often around $100).

Parking & Setup

Nearby parking is subject to posted restrictions. Please don't block entrances or use neighboring-business frontage during their operating hours. Setup and cleanup must fit within your rental hours.
